Terms and Conditions on Displaying an advetisement
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the Client/Company and the service provider Being Destiny, a Company duly incorporated in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, bearing Registration number W/H 12040 and having it’s registered office at No 113/3A, De Soysa Road, Rawathawatte, Moratuwa, 10400, enters to an understanding of the procedure and the payment terms of the advertising service, and agrees to abide to the same.
1. Procedure
- Client has to Login to the head hunting Portal and submit the vacancy and other details.
- Upon submission, there will be an auto generated invoice number sent to the client where the payment has to be done and the payment slip along with the invoice number should be scanned and uploaded to the site.
- After verifying the payment by the service provider, the advertisement will be published in the portal.
- Any candidate who is interested in the vacancy will directly send CV’s to the advertised email address or register post their CV’s to the given mailing address.
- The vacancy advertisement will be displayed for a period of one month and automatically removed from the portal.
2. Charges for advertisements
- Publishing an advertisement for a vacancy will cost rupees 2,000/- and there will not be any hidden charges.
- The payments should be directed to ‘Destiny” Peoples bank, Katubedda. A/C Number 313 1 001 9 0017939
- The auto generated Invoice number should be mentioned in the payment slip and it will be the key information for the validation process.
- All information will be treated as highly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
