Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the Client/Company and the service provider Being Destiny, a Company duly incorporated in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, bearing Registration number W/H 12040 and having it’s registered office at No 113/3A, De Soysa Road, Rawathawatte, Moratuwa, 10400, enters to an understanding of the procedure and the payment terms of the head hunting service, and agrees to abide to the same.
1. Procedure and terms
- Client has to Login to the head hunting Portal and submit the vacancy and other details.
- Service Provider will Identify, screen and forward the most suited candidates to the client through the portal
- Client can further shortlist the candidates and inform the service provider to call for interviews.
- Service provider shall coordinate and arrange the candidate/ candidates as per client’s discretion.
- Client shall interview, select and appoint the most suitable candidate as per the sole discretion. Client then has to upload the portal of the selected candidate.
- The service provider will not be held responsible of the performance, behaviour, self-conduct and attitude of the candidate since the sole discretion of selection of the candidate is vested in the client.
- If the client, with or without informing the service provider, offers any of the shortlisted candidates an employment opportunity that have been forwarded for interviews within the next 12 months, or any member of the client’s staff refers a member introduced by service provider or to another organization or person, which in turn engages for employment in any capacity, the client is liable to pay professional charges as stipulated.
- If a candidate has already applied directly for the position or has been introduced by any other means, the client has to inform the service provider in writing within 7 days of such candidate(s). In the absence of such written notification, the service provider will conclude that the candidate has been introduced by the service provider and charges will be applicable to be paid by the client.
- Should there be a requirement of a replacement due to resignation by the employee, the service provider shall replace free of charge within the first three months. A maximum of two replacements will be done and no refund will be made for previous successful hire.
2. Fees and Professional charges.
- The client shall pay one month equivalent BASIC SALARY and applicable taxes to the service provider as professional charges upon the appointment of a successful candidate.
- A valid transaction will take place when the candidate starts working with the client. The first day at work with the client shall be the first day taken into consideration as valid transaction.
- The client shall settle payment in full after one month of the successful hire. An auto generated invoice will be sent to the correspondent of the Client and a reminder mail will be sent after 21 days of the successful hire.
- All information will be treated as highly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
